THANKS FOR HELPING ME GAIN SOME EXTRA MOOLAH!
Thursday, November 15, 2007, 11:34:00 PM

its out with the old and in with the new,
goodbye clouds of grey and hello skies of blue!

finally! YAY ME! it seems like a long journey at the beginning of the year, many things happened in class and outside. Friends came and friends left. although it seemed like a really difficult journey, im glad we all pulled through. what may seem like an ending may not appear to be just, all of us will be moving on to further education which marks another beginning. nevertheless, i hope that everybody will bring this experience along with you, no matter where we are or who we become. Because this is one of the most valuable xperiences that we can get. save and encrypt these memories into your brains people!

went to work today, was quite a last minute one. The interview was yesterday morning and I got recruited right the very moment I left the office. Sony Precisions Engineering. My consultant called me to go down for an interview at 10am when the interview was at 11am. The first impression ive got when I landed my foot on the headquarters was that I hope I’ll never get employed by them. Firstly, its at Tuas which is quite far from my house. Secondly, transport there is hardly accessible. Thirdly, my boss seems very fierce. Next, my friends aren’t employed. Sorry Kaisi and Yiqian!

Ridiculous isn’t it? Even before the first day of work and ive already got myself a bad impression of the place. Luckily for me, Iris was also one of the staff there. Like me, today was our first day at work. i totally didn't know she was recruited there as well.
on my way to work, i was like "god dammit!, i want to quit already... ZZzZZzzz no one to talk to or work with...no jokes and extreme no entertainment?!"
Lots of paperwork and keying in to do. Its not just giving out flyers or serving people. You’ve got to generate, maintain invoices, stock in invoices, shipments and millions of data!
The 8 hours at work today really made me miss the days in school where almost everything was easy-going. If the teacher that came in was a boring one, I would put my head on the desk and sleep or even sneakily sms people to kill the boredom. At work, its not so much like this, we’re encouraged ot to use out phones and the Internet although I still use them… -.-‘’ and the working hours are long. Considering their free providence of transport, I would say the pay is really not bad. Arrggghghghh! I miss schooling! My friends! Why soo-oooo soon?
