Had a great day at ACJC today. well, i,ve gotta say, the AC band is not for boring people who buries their faces into books and are concerned with their studies.
If you're not serious about band then i suggest its best to not join the ACJC band.
All in all, you've got to spent lots of time there. and one thing, super NO life. other then band, homework and family its Band band band, maybe no friends as well. so it'll like go on like that for 2 years.

On the contrary, the people there are very ON. seniors are very patient and apt in explaining an giving examples of who to play each phrase and note correctly.
Even so, things are not so simple, great deal of hardwork is needed. Practises are till late at night and takes whole day.

i'm still in a dilemma in which i would consider going for DSA at ACJC. high expectations. high commitment. High competition level. T_T
